My battery Dyson doesn’t last

I’ve had it about 2 years, it not lasts seconds on a full charge. Is it the end, or is there anything I can do to save it ?

Get a replacement battery for it.

We had one. It was never brilliant. Got a shark instead they are much better

Mine didn't either so I got a shark and it's absolutely brilliant.

instead of throwing it out to buy another brand and adding to landfill 🙄 contact Dyson customer service and discuss getting a new battery. They have fantastic customer support and have found them extremely helpful (even when I was the problem and dropped the hoover and smashed it into pieces 😂)

My handheld does this periodically. Make sure filter is clean and you have cleaned the dust container etc. There are videos on You tube. The game changer for me was finding a post online telling you to re-set it. See attached screenshot.

Our battery stopped working after 1yr and Dyson sent us a replacement battery for free. Definitely worth contacting them.

Same. They were really good.

Also clean the filter if you have not done so!

I bought a new battery on Amazon for mine. It’s as good as new now.
