Have you? If so please tell me your story because I am considering getting wrapped.

I've bumped this because I was/am going to get new worktops in my kitchen. Thing is - there is nothing wrong with them, I just want a different colour and Vinyl wraps seem to be the perfect alternative. Has anyone done this and what were the results please? Were you pleased? Was it expensive and which brand did you go for?

I had it about 10/11 months ago. I don't know what brand but it looked great for a few months and I was really pleased, but after maybe 3-4 months I noticed a few air bubbles appearing on one counter top. More recently on some edges it's been knocked or something and you can see the old stuff through. I'm not too bothered as it did what I wanted (totally refreshed my horrible old kitchen counters) but if I'd spent more money I'd be disappointed it hadn't stayed pristine for even a full year.

Thank you for this. From my research purely online I get the impression that you have to get the more expensive stuff if you want it to last.
