Apple airpods are shit

I have had mine for over 2 years and they connect to any device sporadically at best.
My old ones with the cord are simple, you know what is happening and they always simply work.
Airpods have better sound quality but decide when to connect to a device, no matter which.
is it just me?
I also lose them whenever I am out, one slight turn of the head and it's crash onto the floor.

I love my AirPods and have no issues with them,use them daily for work and socially
Have you changed the ear tips to get a better fit and when yiu pop them in , twist and angle to get a good secure fit. They really shouldn’t randomly fall out
Regard connections to other blue tooth items, try reset your AirPods and pair to item that’s yours.
Will you persevere or return to wired headphones?

Worst £189 I’ve ever spent. I should have stuck with my £30 wired ones

I always prefer the large headphones that go over the head and use cable, yes at times the cable gets tangled but at least there's full signal with them

Absolutely love my Airpods and would struggle without them. They fit me much better than any cheaper buds I tried and stay in for almost everything including styling my hair! I have started enjoying audio books because of the flexibility that comes with them - listen to a book while I am cleaning the house or going for a walk. Wonderful as I haven't had time to get into reading a book since I stopped breastfeeding my older child. They have made my life so much better

Love mine! But I have very small ears so have to use some rubber attachments to get them to fit. Might be worth trying?

I love mine. Each to their own I guess.

got a draw full of wired headphones ranging from £5 to £25

paid £149 for mine over 5 years I would of spent over that on shit wired one in 5 years

You've got your settings wrong with regard the pairing thing.

I have everything Apple so when I first got them I'd find that they'd suddenly switch to DDs iPad when she switched it on or the laptop.

You need to change it so the setting is like this.
