I'm asking as new to Vinted. Searching for some New Balance 327 trainers, I've found a lot advertised as BNWT and box but the sellers profile says United Kingdom based, they have zero reviews and have weird usernames like Arsivasjans4847 for example.. they've all been added recently (within the last 1-2hours) all the photos are in a sunny location amongst long grass/plants/rockery locations. And the prices are ridiculously cheap for 327's.. average price is £45... is there a chance these are fake??

I saw some Saucony trainers listed with the same type of user names and no reviews. They seem to have sold quite quickly so someone is buying them. I’m not risking it though.

They are fake.

Never, never buy from someone with zero reviews on Vinted, without having a long conversation with them and considering carefully what they say.

Also watch out for scam listings literally copying someone else’s listing but offering at approx 1/2 their price. These listers usually have zero reviews and sometimes the pictures are actually mirror images of the original listing.

Coincidentally, I've just seen a couple of puffer jackets for sale from users with odd names and no reviews. One ad gives the brand as 'This North Face' and the other as 'That North Face'. They must think our heads zip up the back 😄

If a North Face coat has a YKK zip, it's fake. Unfortunately most on Vinted are 👎🏼
