Had a weekly shop delivered, son helped to unpack it. When I went to put it away, all the bread / crisp type items were completely crushed. The cheese was opened and broken. And six bottles of (disgusting) cherry coke had been sent instead of normal coke. So around £12 of shopping.
Obviously this was after the driver had left so I applied online for a refund, but it was declined. I've complained about this, to be thanked for my feedback.
So yeah, check your shopping before the driver leaves!
