Clearpay gift cards

Hello, has anybody else lost all of there gift cards on clear pay?
I had absolutely loads and now only have 5 which are all food places.
Clearpay dont give me a straight answer as to why.

Hey, mine is exactly the same! Have you got any late payment? This is why they take them of you unfortunately and don’t give a clear answer when you get them back they just advise you to keep paying on time and they will appear back on your account. It’s so annoying! They want you to prove you can pay without missing a payment or having a late one x

You can swop your gift cards as they are sent through email via prezzee so when you click to redeem it gives you the option to swop for other retailers.
mine have totally disappeared due to a miss payment that didn’t go out and I didn’t realise.

Yes I missed a payment, it was due Sunday went out Monday but I didnt get charged a late fee so didnt think it was classed as late being as it was due Sunday.
Absolutely gutted it's taken me ages to get my credit to £750, saved most of it ready for Christmas and now I have no gift card options lol. Lesson learned I'll make sure I dont miss again

The only other option is to go on amazing via the Clearpay app and purchase gift cards through there x

Same with mine. Been a customer nearly four years. Never missed a payment and never been late paying. I can use thr JustEat one but none of the others which is odd as just before Christmas I used an Asda one. I also can’t see any of my completed orders whereas last month I could see them all for the very first
order I made. Its weird. My limit
is £2000 but I never use over £700-£900 im at pulse tier also i can purchase through retailers but not gift cards. Asda was once taken off and put back on. I wanted to use an Iceland
one but think im done with them after clearing what I owe they pick and choose what you can and cant have. Ive
never ever been declined on an order since this month. So frustrated
