What’s going on in your house tonight?

I’m in after a busy week at work, cooking meatballs for DP and me. DS is watching Netflix while he has his tea and DP is putting DD to bed. Will get DS to bed after our tea and see what’s on the telly - probably HIGNFY. So fairly boring here but I do have wine 🍷.

Regale me with your tales of more exciting evenings…

Definitely not more exciting 😆, have been outside in hail and horrible weather until way after dark.
I'm in for good now, glass of wine, wood burner on, animals snoring.
Just looking for something easy to watch online.

Log burner going.
Dinner eaten all dishes washed/dried/put away.
Now about to grab a few crackers with some cheese, glass of Cola and settle down to watch Goggle box.
The only excitement here is the thought of no alarm clock going off at 6 o'clock tomorrow morning.

We had fireworks early evening from a near neighbours garden that sounded like a cross between bombs and gunfire... I said to Mum that I now have half an idea what it's like in the Middle East and Ukraine.. I watched the last episode of ALL Creatures Great And Small and am now in bed. Ds2 has gone to see Rob Delaney at the theatre near him and is going to wait at the stage door. I am going to doze. Have told DS to ring me when he's with Rob. I shan't sleep properly till he's back in his flat.
Up at 5.45 and in the bakery at 6.30am tomorrow morning.. Oh joy of joys I have a frozen delivery to put in the walk on freezer!!! I always get anxious going in there. I've seen too many episodes of Midsomer Murder!! 😉 😉

Glad it’s not just me with little excitement! Nice though to relax after a busy few weeks.
