Anyone else just not getting anything delivered from Royal Mail?
I've got two parcels which were allegedly 24 hour tracked service just sitting in Gatwick mail centre. Tracking hasn't updated and their Twitter team are useless.
Normal letters etc just turn up every couple of weeks if I'm lucky. WTF is going on??
