Gousto spaghetti bolognese - has anyone made it?

Has anyone made the Gousto spag bol?

It turned out really tasteless and not much sauce at all ? I made it for 2 and they only provided 200g of chopped tomatoes.

Did anyones turn out well?

We don't buy the meal kits but use their recipes and buy our own ingredients. Is it the Simply Perfect recipe? If so, this has always worked well for us. We double the quantities because there's four of us, apart from the Henderson's Relish which we find too overpowering doubled. We always add a lot more garlic too. Because we don't use their kit, I don't know which brands they supply, but we use Mutti finely chopped tomatoes and Knorr rich beef stock cubes. It's never bland, we wouldn't eat it if it was! We have, however, returned to a previous staple bolognese recipe, BBC Good Food's 'The best spaghetti bolognese recipe,' mainly because there's more going on flavour and ingredients wise.
