I agree with you in the main. BUT the Terry's Mint Orange has done that thing, that mint choc manufacturers sometimes do, and gone too minty. It's almost toothpastey and I do not recommend it.

Yes, Terrys chocolate is cheap shite chocolate. I remember when I was a kid in the 80s Terry's All Gold was considered fancy. I don't know if they still make it but if they do I doubt anyone considers it fancy anymore!

I like both but generally prefer mint chocolate.
Ds2 brought a mint chocolate 'orange' home last week and we both said that we refered a nomal chocolate orange wouldn't buy another mint one.

I absolutely adore both, and would say that I love orange chocolate the best, but I am still able to eat an entire box of After Eights in one sitting, so that might be the triggering factor.
