Quirky Gift for Hubby for Silver Anniversary?

It's our 25th Anniversary in ten days and I have no idea what to get my hubby. He's asked for the usual type of things that I buy him for anniversaries but I want this one to be special, memorable...and preferably silver although that's not essential! I'm really stumped, any suggestions?

Silver weather dial/barometer.
Silver or Platinum Jewellery.
Weekend away doing something he enjoys.
Lessons in something he has always wanted to try eg, sailing, tennis, golf, circus skills, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting.
