Vintage support, so frustrating!

An item arrived broken so I let them know. They've asked me to fill in a form with inpost but they set me a Polish link and asked if it was posted from Germany??!

It was all within England.

I asked for an English link and they just keep sending the same message asking for photos of the damage etc...

I tried to find the inpost claim form but it's saying the tracking number isn't valid.

What usually happens in these situations? I've asked them a few questions but I think it's just a bot sending me messages as 'Sarah' isn't listening at all!

Anyone know how long it takes to get a refund?

And will the seller still get her money? She packed it very well!

Hopeful bump. Still waiting for response from them.

They are an absolute shit show. I’ve just received a vintage dress that the moths have been at, smothered in holes. They want me to pay £3.95 postage to receive a refund of £6. Buyer protection you pay for on every purchase is worth f all!

I was recently refunded a broken item without having to fill out a form. I just messaged customer service with photos and answered their questions and after a few day's waiting was refunded in full.

Hmm I've sent photos. It's a set of stacking mugs and one is obliterated.

I feel really bad for the seller as I think she doesn't get her money till its sorted? Really not her fault but stacking mugs (in a 4 mug stand) really don't work when ones missing!
