18th birthday present ideas? not too ££

It's dds birthday after Xmas and she'll be 18. She doesn't want to learn to drive yet.

So far I've bookmarked a vivian westwood watch and bag to buy.
She loves vivian westwood.

Is that enough? What small things could I get? I'd like it to be things she'll keep and use. Nor clothes as she's getting clothes for Xmas.

Any ideas?

A purse/card case to go with her new bag.

A purse maybe a good idea.
Earrings are a good shout but she doesn't have her ears pierced. We got her a necklace for her 16th with a gemstone.
