Looks like it could be infected. Have you tried antihistamines and has that made a difference to it at all?

I’ve had antihistamines today and the cream from the pharmacy. They just seem to be getting more angry though and looked bruised.
I’m not itching them either so it isn’t that making it worse x

I know this is little to no help OP but gosh that really looks very sore. Is your leg hot to the touch or feeling firm? I'd be concerned about cellulitis or at the very least would want it ruled out asap.

Is there some where you can go to seek proper medical attention for it? If the antihistamines and cream have changed nothing I think I'd aim to find some.

Hope you find some relief.

See a doctor privately, in Egypt this is fast efficient and cheap from my experience. If you are in a hotel they will organise a doctor to come to your room and then deliver any prescription very quickly to your room.

RoseBucket · 09/11/2023 02:25

Oh that is bad! You def need to see a Doctor.

FloofCloud · 09/11/2023 02:54

I rea t to mosquito bites too, that many and I'd be asking for a doctor too, they really look bad. Just check your mattress too for bed bugs, get some anti bug spray and see if you're able to get something for your room in case they're in the room and bite whilst you are sleeping

Thankyou everyone for your replies, I am going to see the doctor.
I did wonder about skeeter but thought I was being dramatic but the more I’ve read about it I think that’s definitely what I have x

I had this in Egypt a few years ago, exactly the same as yours.

Hotel arranged Dr, I had a couple of injections and they lanced/scraped? Each of the bites the relief was unbelievable.

Good luck!

I also get skeeter syndrome. It looks horrific but different to yours.

In my case I needed % hydrocortisone applied religiously and anti histamines. But I'd get this checked out.

Hair drying them also brought immense relief.

KeiraKnightley2 · 09/11/2023 14:56

*1% hydrocortisone
