I found out at the weekend that my two nephews ages 4 and 5. They appeared to like apple and cinnamon tea but it wasn't very flavourful.

Do you have some tasty favourites?

They all smell better than they taste.

CatOnAHotShedRoof · 08/11/2023 17:02

My favourite is Twinings lemon & ginger. Have been drinking it for years. Also like peppermint tea, and Twinings Beetroot, Orange & Ginger, which doesn't taste strongly of beetroot.

I love Twinings Spicy ginger and their mint tea too

Liquorice and peppermint is nice. Surprisingly sweet!

Bird and Blend do a huge variety of herbal and fruit teas, and they actually have flavour! Strawberry Lemonade is lovely

SunUpSunDown · 08/11/2023 19:07

The yogi teas are about the only ones I've tried that lived up to the expectations created by the smell! The liquorice and mint one is my favourite.

Thesearmsofmine · 08/11/2023 19:07

Lemon and ginger in winter when I have a cold. Apple and cinnamon in Autumn. Berry flavours in Spring and Summer.

TwilightSkies · 08/11/2023 19:08

The fruit teas gave me sore teeth/gums.
Peppermint is fine though!

Thesearmsofmine · 08/11/2023 19:08

There is also a tea shop in Leeds Market that sells the most gorgeous tea called Love Story. So delicious.

Mykittensmittens · 08/11/2023 19:14

I think they are all awful (I’ve tried them all,
ever hopeful). frankly think they smell lovely and taste like damp socks. Or nothing. Or straw.

a lemon wedge and a teaspoon of honey, or a dash of ribena, or there is a liquid honey, lemon and ginger bottle you can get at Tesco, or lemon tea, or basically anything other than the teabags.

Ylvamoon · 08/11/2023 19:16

I like the turmeric from pukka tea - only issue is, it will stain a white mug yellow.

I also like the peach & orange one .

Daisychainsandglitter · 08/11/2023 20:13

I had some lovely rhubarb and custard tea bags from bird and blend recently. I loved them!

FrogSplash · 08/11/2023 20:56

Bird and Blend's Cold Weather Warrior is my favourite tea ever. Eucalyptus, zesty mint and a hint of chilli. Sounds mad but this time of year especially it just feels like it'll fend off lurgies and warm you.

cheapskatemum · 08/11/2023 22:45

Tetley: Rose, Rosehip & something else I can't remember is lovely. It tastes much stronger than most others I've tried.
Other than that, I like licorice tea brands are Yogi Teas & Pukka do a 3 licorice one.

ShutTheDoorBabe · 08/11/2023 22:51

Tea pigs choc and mint is like drinking ice-cream. Their popcorn tea is like liquid popcorn. Their gingerbread tea is wintry and cinnamony. There are a few that I have liked but can't remember them all.

Copperoliverbear · 08/11/2023 22:52

Berry flavours. X

MellowMelly · 08/11/2023 22:58

Whittard instant tea. It’s got sugar in it but I don’t care. It’s literally as good as it smells and I’ve converted some anti herbal tea people. Cranberry and Raspberry is beautiful and they also do a mojito flavoured one 😃

Deathraystare · 09/11/2023 07:47

Hmm. I don't think they would like the licorice or lemon snd ginger onesi like it myself but I am a grownup! I will look for some more fruity ones
