Places for toddlers in Christchurch

Hi!
I recently moved to Christchurch with my 2 year old and know nobody or anywhere really! Does anyone know the area and have any suggestions of groups or places nearby?

I'm Bournemouth based and my DC are older now, but lollipops cafe in westbourne is a soft play cafe.
Local libraries will be a good source of info if you want to find toddler groups.
Also look on Facebook and search for 'community group for christchurch' and can post on there or maybe people advertising on there
Depending which end of xchurch you are at, southbourne will have a lot of things too, so maybe look for sobo/southbourne community group too

Hi. I am local, but my kids are teens now. There used to play groups at Portfield Hall (Portfield road), twynham Church (bargates) and Christchurch baptist Church (bargates). I think they should have websites so could check they still happen Littledown Centre has a great pre school programme with different options every day (kids agility on a Friday was great). Christchurch library does singing and possibly other options. There was also most classes you could want locally, ballet football crafts etc you should hopefully find with an online search. Outside of this there is the beach, lots of parks etc

Looks like all these play groups still active plus others not mentioned
