Chasing a refund. Studio.co.uk

My sister is having all kinds of issues getting a refund from studio.co.uk

Is there anything I can do to follow up on her behalf? She’s got two little ones and has struggling so she ordered some Christmas bits. However, they have not been delivered. The refund has not been forthcoming either- despite being promised it.

Any suggestions- and does it need to be my ds who does all the contacting? Can I do it on her behalf?

Anyone got a phone number? All ds has managed so far is those silly chat bits.

I suggested Twitter but they don’t seem to be on there.

How long has it been going on? Why couldn't they deliver the items she ordered? How did she pay?

I am currently in an email dispute with Studio myself, they are a nightmare.

I ordered a few items to justify the £4.99 delivery charge. They then cancelled 2 of the 'in stock' items so I'm left paying £4.99 delivery for something worth a fiver.

I won't order from them ever again. Fingers crossed your sister gets her money back.

Hi I’ve just asked her how she paid- it’s an account of some sort.

Apparently she was expecting the delivery and it never came, she messaged them via the bot messaging and they said they’d refund it. It’s around £60 so not something she can afford to just leave.

Oh thank you for the email address. We couldn’t see this anywhere on the website, we both looked.

m They have cancelled the whole order for my sister- hopefully they don’t charge delivery as nothing was actually delivered.

Ive used catalogues before, particularly when living abroad but never experience such awful service as this.

Hi I have a studio account I received a mattress from studio in November 23. I have been trying to contact studio since March 24 as the mattress sticking is coming through and is now all wobbly which is sore on my back I can't talk or email anybody I never miss payments and pay more than minimum payments I am thinking about stopping payments ad that looks like the only way they will get back to me. What should I do.
