My sister is having all kinds of issues getting a refund from studio.co.uk
Is there anything I can do to follow up on her behalf? She’s got two little ones and has struggling so she ordered some Christmas bits. However, they have not been delivered. The refund has not been forthcoming either- despite being promised it.
Any suggestions- and does it need to be my ds who does all the contacting? Can I do it on her behalf?
Anyone got a phone number? All ds has managed so far is those silly chat bits.
I suggested Twitter but they don’t seem to be on there.
