Anyone work in the funeral industry?

Name changed for this for various reasons. I'm not currently working outside the home but when my youngest starts school in about 2 years I'm considering embarking upon a career as a funeral arranger

Does anyone here currently work in the industry and if so, please tell me about your job.
What do you like about it?
What don't you like about it?
What qualifications can help me get into the industry with no directly relevant experience?
What do you wish you'd known when you started?

Stacey Dooley is doing a programme about this. It's on BBC1 on Thursday at 9pm, I believe.
