For longer than a few minutes. Post covid/cold. Anxiety raging (unusual).

Every time I dropped off, I let out a huge snore abdceoke up again. Felt like I couldn't breath properly although nose relatively clear. Dreading today.

Me too. Coffee on a drip needed I think.

I had a cold 2 weeks ago and had to virtually sleep sitting up, otherwise I would start coughing. Whilst asleep DH said I was making the weirdest noises and waking myself up. I’m still full of congestion, but it’s slowly getting better, but I eat during the day more and don’t eat in the evening as I’ve coughed so much that it makes me sick in the night.

Hope you feel better soon, someone I know has Covid at the moment and since last Wednesday he’s been quite ill, where he works they still ask you to stay at home until you are testing negative, but he says he couldn’t go in anyway as he still feels awful.

Thank you. I gave up trying to sleep , had gone to bed early, but was so exhausted. I could see from rhe clock that it was minutes at a time. The longest night.

I feel your pain, I've been sat up all night to keep my poorly newborn upright so he can breathe. I also feel horrific, like the worst cold I've had in a long time. If I feel like this can't imagine how the baby feels.

Oh bless you @soxthecat22 . I had a couple of weeks of that with DS2 until he was prescribed reflux meds. Just awful. Hope your baby feels better soon.
