Sometimes I get this feeling and it can make me feel a bit sad.
It's like I want pressure on my body, such as a deep tissue massage (bliss), an all night hug, sleeping under a weighted blanket, a HIIT class, intense weight session, a long jog, wearing lycra, anything that makes me feel grounded and present in my body, like a craving for physical touch but a hug would not be enough. It often comes after my period.
Does anyone get this too?
