Anyone got a really good tried and tested vegan dessert recipe? Preferably make ahead, not with too many weird ingredients that I probably don’t have.

Vegan rice pudding.
vegan pastry with vegan chocolate drizzled with toffee
coconut milk icecream with sugar little sculptures

Dark chocolate and avocado mousse.

Brownies. Really easy to make vegan and you can serve with vegan ice cream.

Alternatively apple crumble, just sub in vegan butter for the dairy butter in the crumble.

Try these squidgy chocolate brownies without dairy or eggs. They're perfect for vegans and people following a dairy-free diet and they taste utterly divine

Last time we had the vegan family members over, I dug out the Christmas glass desert dishes, like large fluted glasses, and layered berries and yoghurt with a sprinkling of brown sugar on the yoghurt. The sugar melted and made these nice caramelly streaks. I decorated the tops with shavings of plain 70% cholcolate from Lidl and a chocolate dipped strawberry.
You can get vegan squirty cream in a can and do that on top instead, but do it last minute because it doesn’t hold up for that long.
If you’re feeling very motivated you could caramelise orange peel sticks and half dip them in chocolate, but I would save such effort for a milestone celebration 😀

I've made this chocolate tart in the past, it was good & uses regular ingredients.
I've also done rocky road type puds & crumbles.

Definitely apple cumble with a few brambles or blackcurrants for some sharpness and beautiful colour. It's so good this time of year.

Vegan lemon posset topped with berries and flakes almonds, serve with vegan shortbread.
I've made loads of times, its fresh after a heavy meal

Apple/fruit pie or crumble and vegan ice cream

This is well nice www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/easy-chocolate-tart

Chocolate torte. My family say the "hate" vegan food but they scoffed this and didn't realise it wasn't old school ganache.

Poached pears (make sure the red wine is vegan) and vegan ice cream. A doddle and you can do them well in advance.

Overwhelmed with choice now these sound incredible. Also very hungry.

Nigella’s Caramelised Oranges (in gorgeous cardamom syrup) if you prefer to avoid fake dairy products, margarine etc
