So I’ve booked myself in next week for aqualyx fat dissolving injections for my whole stomach.

has anyone had experience of how many treatments this needs for the stomach area?

Im 12 stone and a size 14 if any relevance.

thank you

@TooFondOfBooks that’s an interesting read.

I just wish I was comfortable in my
own skin, I don’t have the confidence to pull off my body now, after my third baby.

I just can’t be happy with myself, even after going from nearly 15 stone to 12 stone I just can’t see past the wobbly bits.

It is going to take time to get your skin to firm up, and the Spanx pants do really help

spend your money on some counselling to help your self esteem, choose a properly trained and qualified person who is BA CP registered.

and look up Pilates on YouTube for abs, and they are free. 10 mins a day is enough They work too, takes about 3 months to see results.

there are no magic answers.

and any woman who has had three babies is a goddess and totally gorgeous, so start to believe in that

Yanno, you're spending a decent chunk of change on snake oil OP. You would be better off spending the money on a decent PT and working for it. Build muscle, muscle uses more calories just sitting down. You'll stop caring about the scales when you see your body change. It can have an effect on diet because you want to see optimum benefits to all that work so make better choices.

Get rid of the wobbly bits in a sustainable way.

Can anyone recommend an alternative to spanx for after having injections. Preferably cheaper but just as effective
