Recording CPD

I used to have a beautiful folder, indexed and cross referenced and reflected upon in lovely handwriting with a fountain pen.

Now it needs to be electronic as professional body won’t accept hard copies so my stationery fetish has lost yet another outlet!

Im thinking of using OneNote as it’s easy to create sub folders etc but before I start, does anyone have any recommendations for an app or site which makes this simple and enjoyable?

Mine is very basic, I note it as a 'diary' in Google Keep with date, title/volume/activity, time taken, CPD points if relevant, and then brief learning points/how it affected practice. I then export it come appraisal as essentially a word document. Never had an issue.
