I applied for a first provisional driving license 3 weeks ago
As I have sleep apnea which is being treated it's taking longer than usual as I have to prove I'm fit to drive and need my doctors written proof for it I haven't got it
I didn't supply a new photo though and I just put my passport number in and said they can use it but it expires in 2024 and was issued in October 2013 so I'm going to phone tomorrow.
Will they just accept a new photo if I supply it ?
I'm now worried about a thousand pound fine as u have to renew a licence every ten years
