I know I've left this too late, I always do but it's 7 weeks until Christmas Eve and I'm going to try loose some weight that has crept on. I'm not gonna go crazy and eliminate everything from my diet but I'm going to cut out the sweets/ choc/ biscuits as much as possible ( or certainly limit them ) and stick to healthier meals and see where that gets me.
