Persistent blackhead help please!!!

I have a black head on my face. It's been there for years now. I squeeze it and it comes back, it's sort of doubled now. At one point it made a big lump and I needed antibiotics

It just never leaves my face. Please can anyone help with what I need?

I tried a serum but that did nothing and some facemasks. I feel it needs more than just cleansing and facemasks

It's probably a slightly bigger pore that gets clogged. It won't go permanently but you can try and keep the pore clear. Try using an acid toner to keep your skin exfoliated.

Glycolic toner
Niacinamide serum
Salicylic acid dabbed on
