This made me laugh, because I was once behind them chatting animatedly to one another in a coffee queue at LHR — maybe I was having a psychotic episode and they’re actually the same person.

Matt Damon, Leo DiCaprio, Mark Wahlberg and Donnie Wahlberg. But only if they are in the same film, weirdly.

Leslie Neilsen and Steve Martin. (Only discovered they were seperate people a decade ago. Evidently didn't take to much notice of names in credits!)

This has just reminded me that many years ago, Craig Fairbrass was announced as new hunky character on Eastenders, bit of a ladies man etc. I though this was a bold bold move as I'd mixed him up with Richard Fairbrass of Right Said Fred.

We had to stop watching the movie that the Departed is based on, Infernal Affairs, as the two leads were practically identical. Add in subtitles and there was no way we could follow it.

After starting this thread, I now realise I have been confusing Gregory Peck with Gregory Hines all this time.

Interesting how so many of us have the same ones - think it must be that they're similar ages and body types and got famous at the same time for the same thing.
