Do any random songs remind you of things?

I have a photographic mind and for some reason some songs remind me of certain times. It's pretty weird. The songs or sounds or lyrics don't even match. For example..

Big Yellow Taxi (don't know what you've got til it's gone) - my first beloved cat

Five, Let's Dance - 9/11

Yes.

Robbie Williams, Angels - pregnant with my son.

Prefab Sprout, King of rock and roll - stuck on a toilet in Zante with my 'Walkman' while I was dealing with horrendous heat/sun stroke.

UB40 - I can't help falling in love - Tenerife
Take that - Pray - Tenerife
Haddaway - what is love - Tenerife
M People, One night in heaven - Tenerife
2 unlimited, no limit - Tenerife
Informer, snow - Tenerife

Charles and Eddie, would I lie - Majorca
KWS, please don't go - Majorca
George Michael, Too funky - Majorca
Snap, Rhythm is a dancer - Majorca

Paul Weller, you do something to me - wedding song
Norah Jones, come away with me - wedding song

Powder Finger, my happiness - ex husband
Dido, white flag - ex husband

Jagged little pill album - Australia holiday

Kat McSnatch, you are a c**t - ex fiancé
George Michael, I can't make you love me - ex fiancé

Coldplay, sparks - A really happy time in my life (also one of my favourite songs)

Prince, the most beautiful girl in the world - use to sing that to my best friend all the time.

Born slippy, underworld - conception song (Trainspotting clearly did it for me!!!)

Queen, Don't stop me now - the song to get me motivated!

I'm sure there's more! ;)

Fat Boy Slim track 'The Weekend Starts Here' reminds me of the A34 on Fridays. I finished work at 3pm and would play it at full volume on the way home, until I knackered the speakers anyway.
