How can I speak to an actual human being at ASOS?

I ordered a coat from ASOS on Monday.

It has arrived today and way too big so I need to return it.

However, it’s not showing up on my account so I have no order number, returns address or means of returning it via the website. I also paid for a returns note which isn’t in the parcel so can not do it that way either.

It is showing up on my Clearpay account as I was planning on paying in instalments.

I have looked all the way through the ASOS website but there is no phone number, email address or live chat.

There seems to be no way of contacting anyone.

Does anyone know how the heck I return this without any returns or order info?

Look on the parcel you should have an order or reference number. You can then use this for an inpost return

I had to contact them the other day and came across the same problem. Tell the chat bot that you want to speak to a human being!

There is a live chat in normal office hours, it’s a bot at first but if you type “speak to someone” you’ll get connected to an agent.
