Wine valuation/ selling

Does anyone have any reccomendations for where to sell a bottle of wine? Google saying worth approx £250 ish which I know is probably very low level in the wine world. Any pointers much appreciated

There's a wine eBay-equivalent called Bidforwine you could try. Also many auction houses have wine auctions every few months - try a couple of your local ones, if they don't I'm sure they will be able to tell you who does.

Unless the wine has been kept in optimal conditions (bonded warehouse, proper cellar) it is unlikely to sell for anything close to the retail price.

Thank you, hadn't come across bid for wine with my googling. Hadn't thought about storage, it's been at the back of a cupboard and moved house with us twice. Might just fine someone who will appreciate drinking it in that case.
