Black eye no injury

Morning, I've woke with a big purple / black bruise under my eye this morning, I look like I've been in a fight. does anyone have any idea what might have caused this? I've definitely not had an injury to the area. I am under a high amount of stress at the moment and I am spiralling thinking it might be something sinister. GP's have said go to pharmacy.

My brother had this happen some years ago and it was dental related . Could that be a possibility?

It won't let me send it on the app but basically looks like a deep purple bruise from the corner of my right eye to the middle of the area. I don't think it could be dental related no pain and recently been for a check up.
