Can’t collect Click and Collect at Asda - ill child

Booked my ASDA click and collect order late last night for 9am this morning. Overnight, daughter has developed a really bad diarrhoea and vomiting bug and is on the toilet every 10 minutes. No one else can go and collect. What will happen if I don’t collect? Panicking!

Can't you cancel it or re schedule?

Can't you change the pick up time?
Call them and explain the situation.

Asda website said they will return your order to store and reschedule they will contact you. But you probably could contact them first.

Call customer services or the store itself and explain. Hopefully they help. Could it be changed to delivery?

Just contact them and explain, I’m sure they could change the collection time?
