Anyone else's half term ruined by the clock change?

Since the clocks changed my dc have not adjusted and have been waking up extra early. They usually wake up early in the holidays for some reason anyway, but all this week it's been 5am waking up.
It means I've been tired all week. So have they.

I was in hospital for the week prior and still not feeling great so it's been a real wasted week.

Anyone else still affected by the clock change ?

My kids have spent half term with their dad. But I have really struggled with the change cos of this. I finish work at 5pm and cos its so dark and miserable I don't want to leave the house or do anything other than slob on the sofa. I was going to do my Xmas shopping and catch up on jobs while the kids were with dad, but I've done naff all.

My eldest uses a gro clock so hasn’t come into my room any earlier, but DC2 has been waking up a whole hour earlier yes 😫 they had only just started sleeping in until 7am after a long phase of 5am wakeups so I am gutted!

No it worked quite well here, I kept them up late on Halloween night to watch fireworks and then they slept right in the next day and that was them in their new routine thankfully.

Quite the opposite here. I've loved it but I like an early start.

My teen DC have gone on holiday so I was looking forward to a week of lie ins. I've been up at 5 every bloody day when I work at home from 8am.
