Where is the best place to park for a concert at Cardiff Principality Stadium?

Have read roads get closed and there is gridlock with big events. Would like to avoid both if possible.

We’re only a couple of hours away so thinking we leave first thing in the morning we should be good if it starts at 7.

Park well outside the centre. If arriving many hours before the concert I'd look for an unrestricted on street space over the river in Riverside or Pontcanna. Nearer the time I'd park further out, e.g., the free car park at Llandaf station, and get public transport in.
