Wrong name on bank transfer

So I paid for something via bank transfer on my mob app. I copied everything exactly but when my bank checked they said did you mean these people and although it was the exact same people it was their official title and not who was given to me in the details. The acc and sort code were correct I checked a million times, so I sent it with the informal name they gave me. Will they get it or what?

I think they will get it. What would be the odds of another customer having the same name - ie David, when you've been given the name Dave? If you've checked sort code snd account number, no one rose is going to have that.
