I have this one. It’s amazing. Only downside is that it’s so amazing my DD has stolen it and I never get a look in! 😂

We have 4 from Lakeland, one by Beurer or something like that and the others Lakeland own brand. All are fantastic, no complaints and wash well.

Brilliant Thanks

I have a dreamland one too and it's heaven.

LittleFriendSusan · 02/11/2023 17:27

We have a Dreamland too - a faux fur one I bought when WFH during lockdown & it's fab. I plan on buying another this year as DS keeps pinching it! I bought from Costco and was quite a bit cheaper than Argos, etc.

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 02/11/2023 19:32

I went with the dreamland

Fingers Crossed she likes it

Thanks All

I got mine from the Lakeland eBay shop about a third off

Gardenlady543 · 02/11/2023 19:36

Very similar to the other suggestions, but I have this one,

www.johnlewis.com/dreamland-alaskan-husky-faux-fur-throw/p5111249

It's pricey but it's an absolute dream, costs barely anything to run and you will feel so warm and snug under it you can save money on heating.

One of my most favorite possessions.

Another vote for Dreamland faux fur ones here, they are so good!

crumblingschools · 02/11/2023 19:42

I've got Dreamland faux fur one too, currently sitting snugly under it. Best Christmas present ever!

HunterHearstHelmsley · 02/11/2023 19:43

I have this one and love it

Bedsure Heated Throw Blanket - Soft Flannel Electric Blanket, Electric Throw Fleece Blanket with 8 Time Settings, 9 Heat Settings, and 9-Hour Auto Shut Off (130x160 cm, Red) https://amzn.eu/d/bUpIndb

It's quite often reduced to £35-40 too.

4.8/5 on the reviews on John Lewis too, so almost everyone agrees. I got mine when I had no heating or hot water for 2 months, it was an absolute life saver. I remember it costing a lot and DH buying it because of how miserable the situation was with the lack of heat. Honestly one of the best purchases we ever made. Well worth the money.

Deadringer · 02/11/2023 19:55

This one is 41 pounds on amazon, I bought it for my mum last year and it's brilliant, so soft and cosy.

I have the Dreamland one which I purchased last September and it has stopped working today. I am hoping that Dreamland come good with their 2 year guarantee and replace it for me.

itsmeagainagain · 02/11/2023 20:41

I have a dreamland one from Lakeland and have just ordered one of their own brand ones on their website as they are all discounted at the moment. Lakeland are fab with returns. We used our dreamland one constantly last winter saved a fortune on heating and I use to when I WFH.

carkerpartridge · 02/11/2023 21:28

Mine is from Cozee Home on QVC. I bought it a couple of years ago so not sure if they still do them them. It is lovely soft velvety fleece and is still working well.

Doyouthinktheyknow · 02/11/2023 21:48

Dreamland faux fur one here too. Bought it during a very cold spell last year and it has been amazing.

I would have gone for the cheaper blanket style dreamland ones which my dses have but they were out of stock everywhere.

I too have a dreamland one.

Blueink · 12/11/2023 20:23

I know you got one now, but I had several other MNetters recommend a Monhouse one last year.

I took their advice and use it all the time (including now!) totally brilliant for warmth, relaxation, pain.

I set mine on a timer to turn off after an hour to help me go off to sleep (I don’t heat my room).

If anyone is still looking, the Monhouse one currently is on offer for £49 on Amazon
