His blood reacted to milk and egg. But because his symptoms is chronic constipation and no systemic reaction. I was never referred to dietitian.
the consultant asked to just give high rich calcium food.
I don’t know if he is getting enough
he is 4 years old
and drink growing up oat milk 250ml only!

rest os only diet ?

If you look up the BDA calcium information sheet (I can't share it for some reason) it will tell you how much calcium is needed at differents ages. This includes non dairy sources. If I am understanding correctly you are excluding egg and milk? I would ask the GP for a referral to dietitians for support with this.
