I have covid and feeling exhausted. It's cold and miserable. I'd love to put something in the slow cooker for later but not really sure what to do.

Chicken thigh (skinless boneless)
Sausages
Onions
Carrots
Brocolli
Potatos
Tinned toms
Dried herbs/spices
Usual pantry stuff
Dc not keen on overly tomatoey sauces.
Any ideas?
