Just that really. I have an interview tomorrow. More senior position than I currently occupy, one grade up, and really not sure what to expect. Local Authority mid-senior management role, salary is mid £40k region, north of England.
Do they still do competency based questions these days for roles of this ilk? I’ve already submitted a written technical exercise and done a leadership styles quiz. Any tips anyone can give please? Am thinking I’ll prep several possible answers using STAR approach but how many without being up all night doing it?
Any and all help is very gratefully received! It’s been a few years since I had an interview, and longer still since I did one in person. Feeling so overwhelmed that I almost feel nothing at all 🤣
