If so, what do you cook?

I have a whistling kettle for hot drinks and cook basic things like jacket potatoes, but would love some more ideas

dropped scones, welshcakes, soups, stock

Love the idea of drop scones and Welsh cakes!

Soups, stew, chili etc. Welsh cakes etc is a good idea too.

I occasionally cook chestnuts in ours. We’re rarely home in the day long enough to cook meals on it unfortunately.

Baked Camembert on the Top, and a pan of Mulled Wine.

I have the fondest childhood memories of chili or beef stew slowly simmering away on the back all day!
