anyone else suffering like a jet lag type feeling after the clock changes? I feel shocking I’m waking up at 4:50/5:15 ish that used to be my 6am morning and fine as I was in bed by 10 and happy to get up!
i feel exhausted and despite going to bed later I’m waking up early! It’s depressing even though it’s just a number
anyone have and advice on how to adjust
why do they even still do this! Thought it was going to be scrapped a while back
