Toothpaste that cured mouth ulcers!

Posting in case it helps someone else.

I suffered with mouth ulcers for years, tried lots of SLS free toothpastes, eliminating foods, etc. Nothing made much of a difference until I randomly picked up this little gem in Lidl.

Dentalux Sensitive Plus toothpaste.

I haven't had an ulcer since I started using it months ago. Amazing stuff. If you have the same problem give it a go!

Thank you! I’ve searched here a lot about mouth ulcers.

I find the thing that makes the biggest difference for me is enough sleep.

Great tip. I’m a coaliac so I’m very prone to them.
They are painful buggers. I currently squeeze them like they are pimples and it works. I’m aware I shouldn’t be doing this.
I will get some of this tomorrow. Thank you.

I hope it works for you.

I know what suits one person may not suit another, but honestly it has been like a miracle cure for me.

Thanks OP, my mum gets loads of mouth ulcers and I used to. Will pass on the tip to her. Is it any good for sensitive teeth? Mine have become more sensitive recently, and branded sensitive toothpastes are sooo expensive. We are using a Sainsbury's one, but I've not noticed much improvement yet.

I think so @dollybird. I used Sensodyne before and I haven't noticed any difference in terms of teeth sensitivity, just the lack of ulcers!

I am prone to ulcers and I use this too. It seems to stop them getting too big even if I do get the odd one.
Also B vitamins really helped me. I get them very rarely now. They’re so bloody painful, sorry to anyone cursed by them!
