I can't find a simple answer online for this one. Sister and I would like to put joint POA in place for our mum before we are past the stages of being able to do so with her will. She's 75 fully compos mentos but we'd rather have it in place than not.

Sister lives in Aus, we are all uk nationals, she has Aus residency.

We'd like it to be joint, is that possible?

Your mum can make you both LPOA jointly and severally even if one of you lives outside the UK.
