Stopped HRT

Since stopping HRT I feel really tired and my whole body is aching. Did anybody else experience this? No hot flushes, some trouble sleeping.

Anyone ?

Why did you stop HRT? I went on it due to tiredness and body aches, which it got rid of totally. Unless I develop a pressing reason to stop HRT I plan to just stay on it forever.

I had to stop for medical reasons.

Well if you have to stop then it is likely that the effects of menopause, hormone decline it was protecting you against have come back or progressed. Some people swear by diet changes or more exercise or meditation to help mitigate these or supplements but you would need to discuss with a doctor what supplements you can take if you have medical issues.
