I noticed headlights shining in our kitchen window from a vehicle parked at the bottom of our drive. I thought it was my neice bringing our great neice and great nephew trick of treating, so my DH knelt down, opened the front door and said BOO!
The poor delivery driver jumped out of his skin😮 we did apologise and he was great about it, but I told DH we really should start growing up now.
I did give the driver a tube of Smarties from the Halloween stash though😄
