Cake makers, how would you do this please?

I'm going to make dd2 a Weekends With Adele themed birthday cake this year. I have a plan for the cake but want to use the attached image behind the peg doll I'm going to paint and dolls house piano/mic that I'm going to put on my cake "stage".

Can I ask how you'd do the image please?

Just print & attach to the back of the cake somehow? Printed, with edible ink? Something else I'm not thinking of? (I'm going to try and edit out the piano in the image).

You can get pictures printed in edible ink either as a piece you stick on a home made cake online or larger supermarkets have in store printing on cakes they sell - it's at Morrison's here
