Benefits of rejoining the EU

It has been suggested on another thread that it would be a good idea to have a thread for us to share the benefits of rejoining the EU.

I thought I would be bold enough to do so, and suggest the first benefit.

The UK would then be rule maker not a rule taker..

So what are you saying then?

You keep mentioning me being Dutch and my 'home' country, so why not say straight what your issue is.

You aren't usually this shy

Stop being so sensitive - you criticise/mock the UK government or the British electorate for their Brexit vote almost every single day and then you get all huffy if I make a perfectly reasonable (and polite) observation. The fact that you are Dutch was highly relevant to my comparison and your post.

I had to check what the definition of home was, and google helpfully tells me that it is the place where one lives permanently

Google tells me that the definition of 'home' is not the same as 'home country'.
Posters are quite happy to say they are Dutch (or Irish etc.) when it suits.

The other poster must be confused.
Are Wilders policies any more right wing than Braverman or Cates?

Braverman and Cates are not leaders of their party - and yes - Wilders is more right wing;

Edited

Google says that home country is the country where one was born or lives permanently, so Duncin's home country is still the UK.

I am surprised you haven't provided a link to that?

Does Wilders subscribe to the view that girls should recieve less education so they can stay at home and make more babies?

Now that we're out of the EU and more aligned with the US we're sitting ducks for Putin.
