Help me decide what to do!
We are due to fly out to Italy tomorrow and back on Thursday, returning to Gatwick Airport.
The next big storm is supposed to be in progress on Thursday.... thinking there's highly likely to be flight disruption/cancellation on our way home, and we're on an evening flight?
I've not booked any accommodation yet and am prepared to lose the cost of the flights (very very cheap!)
Shall we go or not? We got delayed abroad for 2 days a couple of years ago because of storms and it wasn't much fun, but it was thunder/lightening that was the issue not simply the fact there was a storm. This storm looks like a windy one rather than thundery.
