Low groin pain in each side and lower back ache

Please talk me down. Have had for a few weeks and getting worse now, started at nights now in days too.

no weightloss (actually am 4 stone overweight), no sweats, no funny periods

but am worried will be sinister

See a Doctor.

If you are worried it is sinister and are scared of seeing a doctor, then what if it is sinister? You are putting your health at risk. If it isn't sinister, then you will have spent weeks worried sick about nothing. Either way, it needs to be checked out.
