I need a new phone, I was looking at the 14 or 15. There seems to be a good deal on 14 on tescos club card deal where the price won’t increase for the duration of the contract but would I be better off getting the 15? Not looking at anything older as I will be buying on contract not outright / refurbished

It’s often joked that Apple don’t change much model to model, but in this case , the iPhone 15 has such minimal differences to the 14 it’s probably the most pointless upgrade anyone could consider. If the cost is less for the 14, get the 14.

Also I highly recommend using Money Saving Experts comparison checker to make sure you really are getting a good deal. I got an iPhone 14 for my daughter and the complete cost will work out much less than the phone outright and a sim only contract, which is what I had been doing for years for myself.

There's little to no difference- I read an article recently about it. There was some backlash because customers were shelling out money for nothing.

I have a 14 pro max, I upgraded from the 13 for a few new features including camera. There really isn't much in it and less so between 14 and 15. The internet has been mocking that they've run out of ideas now. The main difference is that the plug is a usb-c rather than lightening which may be. Convenient if you have some leads already. If the 14 is cheaper, definitely go for that one.

Oh another recommendation, if you have a good line rental deal, you can go to sky mobile and get the phone only. This was the cheapest way I found my 14 pro max. I pay £42 and it's a bigger memory one but I can't remember how much. My line rental is through Tesco which was a 13 with AirPods for £40. AirPods are quite shit.

long Story which I won't bore you with, but I went for the 15 because I hate 'upgrading' & will keep it for ages and it has a better camera & will still be supported by Apple well after the 14.

I was tempted to just get the SE & look at the 16 next year. But by next year I won't want to change my phone again, so decided it was worth paying a little bit more for the 15, I think it was £100 more.

im still on the 6s though as I love it & I don't want to swap it over!🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️
